ABOUT ME

Hi! I'am Tania. I'm a Certified Master Life Coach, Nutritional Practitioner, Health Coach & Chef.

 

I love helping people achieve their health and wellness goals! After several years of working in various high-stress industries, I went through several bouts of burnout  which caused a variety of health issues. I decided I needed to take a step back, take a good look at my life, my choices, habits and overall health. I started to uncover how they were all interrelated and that is where my own healing journey began.

 

I decided to go back to school to study holistic nutrition and get to the root causes of my health issues. With the help of my wellness team, we worked on the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of what I was experiencing and, over time, I eventually found myself in a much better state of health and happiness. Once I realized how much mindset, old patterns, beliefs & lack of healthy boundaries played into my health, I decided to dive deeper and learn more. I became a Certified Master Life Coach. I understood how intertwined our stress, anxiety, beliefs and our physical health really are. All of these experiences led me down a new career path, supporting & empowering women going through their own health & wellness journeys, to get to a better state of health through holistic approaches.

 

I know where you've been...I've been there before. You don't have to do it alone. I'm here to support you on your journey.
