Jean talks about her life before joining the Peacefully Ambitious CEO coaching program.

Unlike many of the Peacefully Ambitious CEO clients, Jean wasn't on the Joyous Profits Coaching Podcast. Instead, she was part of a website builders group for chiropractors that guest hosted a Peaceful Profits Roadmap webinar. From there she became a client and shares her "before" story.

Jean Hoffman is a veteran chiropractor who's experience spanned hundreds of clients as well as multiple roles of training other chiropractors.

After going through 20 employees in a 4 year span, Jean knew she had a major blind spot in dealing with people
Despite her best efforts to connect with people she knew her communication needed work but she didn't know where to begin

Jean No Longer Feels Like She Walks on Eggshells With People

After a lifetime of having a hard time empathizing with people and seeing their point of view, Jean was able to peacefully respond and interact
This created a much friendlier environment where she no longer felt like she had to walk on eggshells with people
This improved both her communication and sense of authenticity and expression

Jean Expresses Herself So Easily Now Even Other People Notice an Improvement

Jean was able to regain her sense of empathy and in turn express much more easily
She still felt authentic, clear and direct but without any of the doubting or overthinking she used to engage in before
Even her daughter in law saw a change in how she was showing up

Eliminated a 30 Year Old Pattern of Overthinking in 6 Sessions

Part of Jean's communication issues stemmed from how she was always in her head about what other people thought
This was a life long pattern that she was able to eliminate in 6 coaching sessions

Jean is Finally Able to Authentically Celebrate Herself

After just 2 sessions, Jean had made a lot of progress but realized she wasn't allowing herself to enjoy it
That's what helped unlock an additional upgrade as by the end of the coaching container she was able to enjoy the improvement she made
